Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when Little-ish confirms and fulfills it.

We may limit quantities or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, payment problems, or suspected unauthorized resale.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed costs will be shown during checkout.

Payment

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Little-ish does not necessarily receive or retain complete payment-card information.

Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Purchases are subject to the Shipping Policy and Return Policy displayed on this website. Those policies are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Customers should review both policies before placing an order. They contain important information concerning:

Standard and expedited shipping

The 7-calendar-day return-request period
The requirement to ship and postmark approved returns within 5 business days

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Customers must notify Little-ish at hello@little-ish.com within 48 hours of delivery if an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The notice should include the order number and photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Customers should retain all packaging and wait for instructions before returning an item.

If Little-ish confirms that an item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, we will provide an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable shipping costs associated with correcting the order.

This exception does not apply to damage occurring after delivery, normal wear, misuse, failure to follow product instructions, or a change of mind.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, complimentary items, and gift cards may be subject to additional terms presented with the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined
Promotional offers have no cash value
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
Promotions may be modified or ended as permitted by law
Returns may affect promotional pricing or eligibility
Complimentary items may need to be returned when the qualifying purchase is returned

If part of a promotional purchase is returned, the available store credit may be adjusted to reflect the original promotion.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are subject to applicable law and any additional terms disclosed at purchase.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Customers are responsible for safeguarding gift-card codes. Please contact us promptly if you believe a code has been lost, stolen, or used without authorization.
